What this service is
We operate a data relay gateway that connects sellers’ own ERP systems to the TikTok Shop platform. The gateway authenticates the ERP, signs outbound requests on the seller’s behalf, keeps each seller’s data isolated from every other seller’s, and delivers TikTok Shop webhook events to the ERP endpoint the seller has configured.
The gateway is a processor. The seller is the controller and decides why and how long order data is processed. We do not sell goods, we do not hold consumer accounts, and we do not use order data for our own purposes.
Order personal data
Order personal data — recipient name, telephone number, shipping address and postal code — passes through the gateway only when an ERP request requires it. It is handled in memory and is not written to persistent storage. Access logs record request metadata only; audit records contain no personal data.

Who uses it
Access is provisioned by us: sellers and their ERP vendors are issued an access key and secret, and are granted access to named stores only. There is no public sign-up and no self-service registration.
