1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern use of the data relay gateway (the “Service”) operated by Feikawa (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, registration number 91330110MAK4G6UL3A, with its registered office at Room 1819, Building 5, Pinggao Chuangye Cheng, Liangzhu Subdistrict, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).
The Service is provided business to business. The counterparty (“you”) is either a seller using the Service for its own TikTok Shop operations or an ERP vendor acting for such a seller. There is no consumer sign-up and no self-service registration: access is provisioned by us in writing.
2. What the Service does
The Service relays requests between your ERP system and the TikTok Shop platform. It authenticates your requests, signs outbound calls on your behalf, isolates each store’s data from every other store, and delivers TikTok Shop webhook events to the callback endpoint you configure.
We are a processor, not a controller. You decide what data is requested and how long you keep it. We act only on your documented instructions.
3. Credentials and your responsibilities
- We issue an access key and secret. The secret is shown once and stored only in encrypted form; if it is lost it cannot be recovered and must be reissued.
- You are responsible for keeping the secret confidential and for all requests made with it. Do not embed it in client-side code, and do not share it between environments.
- You must not use the Service to access stores you have not been granted, to circumvent TikTok Shop rate limits, or to build a copy of another party’s data.
- You must keep your callback endpoint reachable over HTTPS and must verify the signature on every callback you receive.
4. Personal data
Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the Service relays order personal data, it does so in memory and does not write it to persistent storage. You remain responsible for your own retention, access control and lawful basis as controller.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Scheduled maintenance and emergency intervention may interrupt availability without notice.
We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe credentials have been compromised, requests are unlawful, or continued access would breach platform rules or applicable law.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data obtained through it will be accurate — data originates from the TikTok Shop platform and from you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Term and termination
Access continues while provisioned. Either party may terminate on written notice. On termination we revoke the credentials, and delete configuration and credentials within the period stated in the Privacy Policy. Backups are rotated out and destroyed within 35 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts at the place of our registration have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection provision that applies to you.
